The salon is very beautiful inside. And everyone is very friendly. However, I did not find the experience to be at all relaxing. The chairs were just not comfortable, I felt like I was going to fall, nor did I find the bowls used for the pedicures to be really large enough for my size 10 foot. Additionally, the person doing my pedicure kept pushing my foot in an awkward position that was not at all comfortable for me so she could paint my toenails. And, the whole experience was made even more uncomfortable and complicated because the manicurist doing my nails, at the same time mind you, was using a long leather pillow on my stomach as her table for doing my manicure, gel nail dryer and all! My advice-if you're young, thin, and agile this is the place for you. I do believe a refund request is not outrageous, as I spent an outrageous amount of money! And which I would not have minded, had I walked out feeling more relaxed than when I walked in, but sadly, this was not the case. But since Im likely not even to hear back from the Salon , let alone get that refund I will continue my search for my best place to get my best pedicure.
