Tina was great but the other lady was extremely rude when it came time to pay, she said only Venmo but did not provide information/scan for me to confirm and send the payment. I felt like I was being yelled at then she called someone and they were able to provide me with a zelle number to pay through. 1.) be upfront about payment types accepted. 2.) be clear about information if demanding only one type of payment.

When I enter the business I asked if they had availability for a full set with gel Polish, the lady informed me that she was available and began to work on my nails. She began to work on my nails which was different from a full set, I thought maybe she was cleaning my nails before she began the full set. After I saw she started to put on the Polish on, I asked her are you doing a full set with gel Polish? She then turned around to a man and informed him I wanted a full set, he then became very angered and accused me with an unprofessional tone of voice of I should have known better since I already have had a full set before and it wasnt the same? He continued to offend me in a very unprofessional manner, I finally said I will not tolerate nor accept your offenses on a minuet misunderstanding on a language barrier between the lady that didnt understand what I requested. This was not my fault as he could have apologized for the misunderstand between the lady and I. I will never go back to this establishment as they are very rude and unprofessional.
