In February 2021, my husband and I were referred to Michael to refinance our home. He started the process immediately and even returned calls on weekends (and while he was out of town!). We're VA home loan users and had the unfortunate luck of having a difficult appraisal. When Michael found that out, he went out of his way to cut back fees and leave us with more cash in our pockets.
