Getting a mortgage was daunting but they helped me through the whole process - ensuring that all my paperwork was in order, responding in a timely manner to my questions, and what i really loved was how they can source mortgages from different underwriters. It was huge to have a variety of options - and they explained the differences to me in easy to understand terms so that we could pick just the right mortgage for our needs. Buying a new home would not have been as easy if it werent for the dynamic duo of Luci Nunes and John Harritt. As new home buyers, we were initially overwhelmed, confused about the process, and quite simply, intimated. John Harritt helped my husband & I purchase our first home. Although buying a home can be very stressful, John was very communicative & eager to answer any questions that we had throughout the entire process. He laid out our options and made sure that we had the best rate that we could get. Our realtor even sung praises about the pleasure it was to work with him!
