UPATED 4/4/24 - Adrian and his team did it again. We closed on a condo for my son down in San Diego. AP and his team did a great job in moving quickly to close on this property with great options with various lenders. The process and transaction ran smoothly and they were very responsive to any questions we had. Previous Review - Adrian Peterson was a rockstar. He made every effort to make the process of securing a loan as painless as possible. He was able to work within the limitations of my schedule often working later at night and weekends when needed. I've recommended him and Elevate to family and friends and the results are consistently top notch.
