Tower Cafe became a favorite when I moved here 25 years ago, and remains my go-to place for good food, good service, and wonderful atmosphere, indoors and out! The shaded garden dining area is a year-round pleasure, and the eclectic art from around the world displayed inside creates an endlessly fascinating environment. Plus, I've never had a dish I didn't like there! Easy to find, easy to park in the large lot shared with the theater, Perfect for a tete-a-tete, or a gathering of family and friends.

Perennially the best breakfast and lunch place in Sacramento. It did not disappoint today. Took my son and daughter for the first time in a long time. I enjoyed the French toast with Cajun sausage and eggs. My kids both had an exotic breakfast of their own and were equally pleased. In addition to the great food, I really enjoyed the decoration and Old World ambience as this is a part of the Tower Theater, which is a piece of Sacramento arts history. And for those of you who remember Tower Records, the original store was right across the street from this restaurant in what is now an empty lot. Parking: Parking used to be insane here, but it is a little more manageable post-covid

Amazing! The design (inside and out) is so interesting. The wait wasn't long even for a busy brunch time, and there's a pretty fountain to sit and wait by if you want. The brunch was amazing, as were their mimosas. I was not expecting to get as much fun and delicious food for such a good price either. I recommend the bourbon glazed ham steak specifically (and otherwise got a classic American breakfast that was made wonderfully), and my friend is obsessed with their Madame Cristo. Excellent on all levels. And parking available nearby. Only negative thing is they constantly had a really long and slow moving line for the bathroom. Parking: Parking lot in the back and on streets nearby, all free Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they even have a menu for them Wheelchair accessibility: Would be difficult to navigate through because it's quite narrow and the outside is uneven, but the people seem nice, tables are at a decent height, and the food and service is worth it.
