Jaime is AMAZING! My dad has been thinking about moving to Sacramento from the Bay Area for several years now, but he just couldnt commit.. until we saw the perfect house on the same street that my brother lives on. I called Jaime late in the afternoon to see if she could schedule a tour and she got us in within the hour! After visiting the house, my dad decided he wanted to put in a bid. So that night, Jaime did some work and the next day the seller accepted our offer! I cannot begin to explain how wonderful Jaime is. Shes caring, detail oriented, efficient, and professional. Jaime was very thorough going over the details of the disclosures and other paperwork. She also stayed in touch with us daily to give us updates and answer any questions we had. After 3 short weeks, dad got the keys to his new home. Thanks to Jaime, hes now just a few minutes walk away from his grandchildren and we get to have more family time together!
