    !!!! WARNING !!!! - Served us raw chicken. Made my wife throw up - Kids stomach hurt for the rest of the day - Took 15min for a server to approach us (went on a slow day) - 4 items we wanted to order...they were "out of" - Mixed drinks were way over sweeten. Couldn't drink any of it - Manager's lack of experience showed when we brought up the raw chicken issue. Took her almost 10min to get to our table. Again, it was a slow day.... For them to serve my children "pre-cooked" food (other words, frozen), bar tender lacking skills to mix drinks properly, "chief" not knowing how to cook chicken, manager not being as professional as you would expect. Well...count me out. I will never visit any Applebee's again thanks to this location. TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN AT APPLEBEE'S I would not worry about replying to this review. Even if you gave me a $200 gift card, nothing would ever entice me or my family to come back here.

    EDIT: I have filled out the questionnaire but I have not been contacted by anyone from Applebee's.. 4/9/2024 On 3/9/2024 I was served RAW chicken! I got food poisoning due to completely raw chicken that was served to me. As I struggled with nausea and fear, the manager's lack of concern and apathy towards my distress was utterly appalling. Her indifference to my suffering only added insult to injury. Adding to the frustration, the absence of any paperwork for incident reporting left me feeling utterly disregarded. To top it off, my party and I were left stranded at our table, waiting for her assistance that never seemed to arrive 20+ minutes that just intensifying the discomfort of the situation. This experience has not only shattered my trust in Applebee's but has also raised serious doubts about their commitment to customer well-being and basic hygiene standard...

    I hate giving bad reviews. This place was not good at all. We waited around d for a few minutes before we were seated. Workers kept looking at us and then looking the other way. There were a couple of workers that were sitting at a table and kept looking over at us. I overheard her talking about her being on break and isn't gonna get up to help. I am fine with that. Everyone deserves a break, but you could at least be polite about it. All of the tables that were available were dirty, and the lady walked us to a dirty table and had us wait for her to clean it. There was food all over the floor. My friend asked for 5 different beers, which they just kept saying they were out of what he was asking about. When he asked what was on tap, they went through all of the IPA's that they had on tap but not anything else. He had to specifically ask if they had anything besides IPA's, and the person made some comment about it being weaker beer or something to that effect. We ordered an appetizer that took a long time to get to us (the spinach artichoke dip) when it arrived, it was already cold. I ordered their ribs, which came with fries, and I ordered the Mac and cheese. The ribs were cold, and so were the fries. The Mac and cheese were alright. Cold on top but warm in the middle. My friend had ordered another beer at the beginning of the meal, so much time had passed. I forgot he ordered it until he made a comment about it. Moments after he made the comment, the guy came out with his beer. The waiter reached over Mt friend to grab the glass he was drinking from and reached back over him again to put the drink down in the same place. Mind you, he was STILL eating his food, and there was plenty of room to leave it on the table for him him instead of reaching over top of his food. When the bill finally came out we promptly paid and left. I won't be returning there any time soon. There are much better food options in the same parking area.
