Jos A. Bank

I'm incredibly furious and disappointed with my experience at this Jos A. Bank location. I came in to have a custom suit tailored for my daughter's wedding. After a few weeks I come in and the jacket is impossibly small to tailor to my size. They agreed that the woman who took my original measurements screwed up. I come back weeks later and the jacket is now tailored very weird with the waist area on the sides cinched in. I'm a big dude and don't have an hourglass figure. I returned a couple weeks later and the pants aren't even close to fitting. They measured me and said the tailor would take it out so they'd fit. I returned today for the FOURTH time and I can't say I'm surprised that the pants still didn't fit. I'm a big dude so I figured that's why I was paying almost $1,000 to have a custom suit tailored for me here. The tailor told me those can't be taken out enough to fit me. They're the ones that picked all of this stuff out. I asked for a refund because I didn't want to start from scratch again. It took over 30 minutes for them to figure out how to give me a refund. Now I have to wait 10+ days for a check to be mailed to my house, and I'm back to square one to get a custom suit in a month for my daughter's wedding. They didn't express much remorse for the trouble I went through or even try to win me back as a customer. Just a "sorry this didn't work out for you." I just replied, "I just wanted to buy a suit that fit me." I've literally got jackets off Amazon for $75 that were a better quality and fit than this thing. If they were truly sorry as their reply below states, they'd reach out to me personally instead of an anonymous response. You have my contact information. If you really care, call me.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed help with anything. I can't remember the ladies name, but she was extremely helpful! She measured my husband and fitted him from head to toe. They didn't have the right size shirts for him, but she went out of her way to find the shirts in their inventory. I would definitely recommend this place!

It must be me. Maybe I'm old. Age 61. I have previously purchased suits from Jos A. Bank. If the company actually reads this post I purchased 3 trilogy suits in the past. What that means is 2 pairs of pants with 1 matching jacket. The quality of the trilogy suits is astronomically better than the quality now
