Men's Wearhouse

Overall, my experience at Men's Wearhouse was satisfactory in terms of getting what I needed, but I must highlight an issue regarding inclusivity, particularly for those who identify as Queer or LGBTQ+. Upon entering with my partner, we received a quick acknowledgment but little engagement thereafter. We found ourselves constantly having to seek assistance in finding the right size, without any proactive inquiries into our needs compared to other customers who arrived after us. This lack of attention was particularly disheartening, especially as we were shopping for a funeral outfit. While the checkout process was smooth, the discomfort arose during the suit selection phase. Despite being aware that we may not fit their conventional customer profile, it's imperative to emphasize that all patrons should be treated with respect. I chose to patronize Men's Wearhouse based on the positive experiences of my family members who frequented the store in the past, expecting a similar level of care. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I feel compelled to caution potential customers from similar backgrounds about their experience. while I acknowledge that my experience may not be indicative of every encounter at Men's Wearhouse, I hope this review serves as a reminder for the importance of inclusivity and respectful treatment of all customers, regardless of their background or identity.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service by the manager. A lazy man who clearly does not want to help POC customers. If you want to be acknowledged as a customer, do not shop at this location.

Staff were more concerned with their lives then to try and help me and my fiance pick out our wedding party suits.
