        Kevin is rude and unprofessional I came to get my flu and tb and I had scheduled over the phone ahead of time. As he walked out he was telling his medical assistant I should have told them about the flu shot when I made my appointment which I did! Their miscommunication and unpreparedness is not my fault nor should they take it out on their patients. Be better!

        This is NOT an IHS facility!!! They do not have any services for tribal members at ALL!!! Complete waste of time!!!

        They never have close appointments until after 1 month, the referrals to other specialists are always sent incomplete. I have been waiting for a referral for 8 months and they always tell me the same thing that they already sent it.
