        Overall quality of care here is great. However, the misrepresent to patients the actual qualifications of who they are seeing. They constantly refer to the Nurse Practitioners as Doctors and tell patients that they are going to see a Doctor. Their medical assistants and nurses should be trained to refer to the NPs and NPs otherwise they are lying to patients. When we requested to be scheduled with a physician they said okay and said it would be with a physician but then scheduled us with the NP anyways. The NP who saw us overall did a fine job but there should be transparency with qualifications. There is a significant difference in training and experience. NPs/PAs are not equivalent to physicians who have the degrees MD/DO. There are indeed physicians and great resident physicians here. They should use proper titles when introducing people to patients.
