        Absolutely Horrible customer service. Try scheduling an appointment, even though you are covered by insurance. They hang up on you as soon as they hear that your primary physician is not from Mercy. No explanation nothing or consideration is given that you are calling about mental health issues. No kidding we are having a mental health crisis in this country. Your reception needs to be trained to be more empathetic.
