        Top union for RN's both in California and nationally. They are trying to organize nurses in the non-union, right-to-work states. There is a ratio law in CA thanks to CNA/NNU and are working to pass it on the Federal level.. The proper ratios of nurses to patients allows for optimal patient care. Nurses are fighting now for better staffing, work conditions, and plenty of PPE due to the pandemic. Many nurses suffered from burnout and left.
