The person in charge of making gold is not doing a good job at all, and the way you deal with the customer is not right at all when he is not satisfied with your work! I gave three bangles that unfortunately were not welded properly! And I even told them, he said that the gold would be small, you should do your work correctly and you don't need to worry about the gold shrinking, but how small was it supposed to be? Two pieces were broken in two places and delivered to me, while I only delivered one piece that was broken in two places!!! It was not a good answer to say that I will give you your money back!!! I was not satisfied and I expressed my displeasure. You questioned the prestige of your work!
