I spent $20,000 here during the pandemic and i literally had to kiss her butt to communicate with me. The second time i came in I spent about 7k and I brought my buddy with me as well that spent around 20k. Thats about $50,000 total.
Few years later (2 days ago) I returned to spend another 10k. She still has the same bad attitude. You literally have to take cash out and show her to talk to you. She helped other customers even though I was there first.
This time she tried to charge me $115 per gram because she said Im not buying a lot. The average 24k Chinese jewelry (which is what she sells) is $84 per gram based on todays gold prices. Shes very rude and wouldnt wanna make a deal to match industry standard.
I went to the jewelry store behind her in the big Chinese shopping center. and paid $82 per gram for better looking stuff.
I would recommend to google Chinese jewelry around her. Plenty of stores. Theyre also not very nice but better than this lady that is out of control.
Dont be fooled by her. Take the price of gold per 1oz and % it by 28 (gram in one ounce)Then add 20% max for labor since your buying jewelry. Thats the max you want to pay per gram. Which in todays price of $2040 per oz it should come up around $84 per gram.
She wanted $115 per gram which is ridiculous. Im never going back again and she doesnt deserve any business. The amount she wanted would add about $1000 for my total purchase.
Industry standard in-case you want to know is again is The price per gram of current gold price and adding max 20% in labor to it.

This place is overpriced. Customer service was rude and too quick to judge. Will not come back here again. There are better gold shops than this place.

They judge you how you dress and lady dont like anyone other than Asian people coming in and cant speak proper English and is rude and says the owner is on vacation! Dont recommend this place.
