I spoke to Kyle on the phone, we agreed that I would provide him with a detailed explanation of what I needed for two homes, three cars, and an umbrella policy to get a second quote to my existing ones. I did just that and I explicitly told him I wanted an apples to apples comparison. He quoted me a $10,000 deductible to a $2,000 one on homeowners, $1,000 deductible compared to $250 on cars, etc. Absolute failure to follow directions. When I offered him a second chance to fix the quote he replied: Thanks for the email, but at this time we are going to Pass on the opportunity for providing Insurance. Good Luck With everything... Dont waste your time, there are too many other providers who will be more professional and accurate.

I can't say enough about Kyle Wilson and and the rest of the office. I have been a customer for years and have been treated so well. They respond immediately to a call, email or text. The rates are the best I have seen, but more importantly it's the level of service and respect. I have also seen first hand how Kyle treats my elderly mother. She is also a customer and he has been so patient and kind with her as well. He gives great advice, and I trust him (and the rest of the team) 110%. I truly can't thank them enough for all of their help and guidance.

KC Wilson Insurance is a fantastic family owned company run by Kyle Wilson. Kyle alway works with the best interest of his clients in his mind and that really sets him and his company apart from everybody else. He is friendly, always available and works hard to get you the best price. I've been their client for the past decade and have introduced several of my my friends and they all are happy with their service. If you want great personal service and someone that works hard to get you the best deals, you should go with KC Wilson Insurance. Highly recommend!
