Management wouldn't let my friend check into the room after a flight across the country because I rented the room for him to thank him for coming out. He had to wait 4 hours for me to get out of work so I could check him in. Couldn't reason with them while I was working just so he could go and rest.

Great front desk service, representative very attentive, polite and kind. Clean lobby Checked us in fast. Even though I arrived there with my family late. Couple of problem encountered was when were walking to our room a pair of individuals were smoking weed outside the room and drinking. Won't be staying here in the future. They dont serve eggs for breakfast jacuzzi or was very green. Rooms were clean, but the bathroom was too small.

This is an older hotel with a coat of paint; the jacuzzi water is greenish, and the breakfast area is way too small for the number of guest rooms. We couldn't even sit down to eat the mediocre food served. We don't have high standards; we stayed in a La Quinta is Santa Rosa two weeks previously and it was a great experience; clean, bright, up to date with decent food and plenty of room.

The front desk person was incredibly rude and argumentative will never book a room.
