My nurse Tuyet Nguyen provided me with excellent care. I had a wound vac and IV medication. Tuyet's vacuum dressing amazed me. The previously noisy portable vacuum held an excellent seal and became silent. I got much better sleep and felt very reassured when she was able to draw my labs, change my dressings and provide answers to all of my questions. I'm sad I returned to clinic care after only two weeks. Nurse Nguyen is very kind and caring to her patients. Her experience and skill showed in everything she did, making the home health experience wonderful.

I recommend Rx highly! My mom needed help with baths and a bit of housework, but really not more than an hour a week. Rx was the only place in Sacramento without a minimum of several hours a week. This made the services affordable and fit our needs. Ryan was super informative, flexible, and not pushy. And once I expressed interest, he came out and met with my mom and me, taking the situation seriously despite our "small investment" of an hour a week. Payments were a breeze (I received a weekly invoice by email with a 30 day deadline and multiple options to pay). My mom was matched with a great caregiver who was reliable and patient. Ryan would call me whenever there was a concern, and was very understanding even when my mom was grumpy with him. It was great to have such a professional, "can do" team. They gave me so much peace of mind and were lovely to work with.

I worked here for more than 8 years and couldn't have been happier. There is NO corporate feel, as this is a family owned company and it shows. The CEO is always available to speak to you, and truly cares about his clinicians. The pay is the best I've seen from any other agency. The only reason why I left this company is because I moved out of the city, otherwise I would easily have done another 8+ years without batting an eye. Pros - pay, benefits, non-corporate feel, flexibility, no unattainable "productivity" standards, easy EMR charting, supportive staffCons - there is some turn-over in office staff, weekly meetings
