CrossFit Natomas

Check this box out! I was lucky to find this gem while in Sacramento for work. When inquiring through their website about a 2 week drop in, Jenn replied to me almost immediately. She made it really easy to attend classes and I felt very welcome. I attended the 530am most of the time but all the members I worked out with were very friendly. The coaches are also amazing and gave me pointers on my lifts that I had never heard after doing CrossFit for over 6 years. If Im ever back in Sacramento I will schedule my trip to workout here again!

Crossfit is the only type of workout that gets me excited and motivated to push myself past my limits. Started coming here a few months ago (January 2023) and needless to say, it's been a great experience. Out of all the Crossfit facility's I've been to around the bay area/sacramento, this one has exceeded my expectations. All the coaches are amazing to where they push me past my limits and have helped me achieve personal records! The classes are an hour long and can accommodate to my busy work schedule, which is a plus for me too! Would highly recommend coming here if you need an extra push and/ or just want to be around a motivating environment that is not only challenging, but friendly as well.

treated me amazing was fun learning new things had a fun experience with the people there motivated me a lot to push myself. ps its sunjog love you guys have a amazing time thanks for teaching me many techniques
