I highly recommend Saunders Construction.  From day 1 to the end of the project Vincent and his crew (Gabriel and Mike) have been great.  Not only did the make our vision a reality, they added additional touches to make it even better.  They truly cared about this project and didn't cut any corners.  So glad I chose Saunders Construction.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! CUSTOMER BEWARE- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NON RESPONSIVE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, WILL GHOST AND IGNORE YOU! This business has 2 Google profiles and it may appear differently but theyre one and the same if you just look at the number listed! The owner himself, Vince Saunders, came to give an assessment of the cost and work needed to put bilateral rails on the indoor stairwell of our townhome. He went through the whole process of measuring everything and seemed to be receptive to doing the work. We reiterated how important it was for us to have it completed as soon as possible due to a familys medical condition. He told us he would email the details and estimate as soon as he could. After a few days of no response we texted him again and still he didnt respond. We tried to reach out one last time but still no response after 2 weeks! If someone doesnt want to do the job, they have that prerogative but the professional to do is to inform the customer that youre no longer interested or that youre unable to do it. Its sad that this Family Owned business as he told us behaves like this as weve always been supportive of giving work to small businesses. If this is how they conduct themselves then they wont last long in this business as its through word of mouth that people will hire contractors these days.

A BIG THANK YOU to Vince , Gabriel, Mike and Arik for completing the project so quickly and expertly!  You have given me so much peace of mind now! If anyone needs a job done quickly, professionally and at a fair price these are your guys! So, I recently had some serious water intrusion in my basement when my neighbor's waterline broke. I was up all night soaking up water and desperate to find the leak. I was relieved when I found it but I knew I had to do something more permanent to prevent another flooding. So I called and got a bunch of estimates. I went with Saunders Construction because: 1) I got a good vibe from Vince (owner). I felt like I could trust him; and he showed himself to be genuine, transparent, kind and reverent; really down to earth; 2) Fair and reasonably priced.3) I felt his dry basement system strategy was more permanent and effective compared to some of the other bids I received. The job was completed in only 4 days!  And, included cutting and breaking concrete, digging long trenches thru hard pan and roots, installing a French drain with sum pump, running rebar and waterproof barriers, repouring and finishing the cement and dump hauls. The job they did looks great and I'm actually not dreading the next rainy season! God bless you Vince and crew!
