We had a great experience with this contractor. We used Sac Infill initially for minor modifications / installing grab bars in the bathroom for my elderly mother, and are hoping to use them soon for a larger job. Fantastic communication with Edwin (the owner/general contractor) and Cindy (the office manager) - they were both genuine, authentic people who clearly care about getting the job done right. The workers were punctual, professional, paid attention to detail, and meticulously cleaned up after the job. The price was reasonable, the work was good quality, and we would definitely use Sac Infill again for future jobs.

Fernando and his team were extraordinary partners in a large remodel project which included demo of kitchen, fireplaces, flooring, cabinets and huge fish tank assemblies that were in our house when we bought it. Then he oversaw the kitchen remodel, installation of amazing bookshelves (with secret doors!) replacement flooring, new fireplace, removal of seven (!) ceiling fans and installation of beautiful new lights and a grand chandelier, painting almost the whole interior and fixing little wiring and lighting issues along the way.
All the while he took care of random small problems, like a AC unit that didnt have power, installing ring cameras, extending power to sheds, etc!
Doing all of this work with so many projects in a new house is stressful, especially when youre living in it. But his demeanor and professionalism made it a great experience. We walk from room to room in the new house and theres not a flat surface anywhere that Fernando and his team didnt improve and make fabulous.
Couldnt be happier with his work.
(And while this was a huge project, we have used him over the years on smaller projects in our previous homes. Just as great on big or small repairs and fixes.)
