    My stays here have been super convenient & pleasant while I was in between housing. This location is right off the highway & near restaurants & grocery store, which is awesome because the rooms have fully equipped kitchens! Richard, the manager here, makes the check in process easy & is very kind. Anytime Ive needed anything, the staff have been more than helpful. Richard also helped me change rooms to one that fit my needs, location wise & financial wise, which not a lot of places do. He cares about his guests. Sadat is a staff member that usually works in the evenings & his hospitality is through the roof. Oh & they remember first names which I think makes the stay more personal if youre here for a while!

    I booked a room and was inadvertently assigned a smaller room. The manager, Richard, quickly resolved the situation and got me into the correct room. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable, with great, friendly customer service. I'll book again with this company.

    I don't like leaving negative reviews. I prefer to be positive because people need to be more happy in general. Besides, negative reviews receive much more attention then positive ones, particularly from an employer, so even if someone did something I didn't like I'll give them five stars. The working world sucks, and I like making people's days better. So, aside from things that did not happen to me, like people's rooms being dirty which I would always overhear when waiting in the lobby for someone to ask about my concerns for, I regularly have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to ask for things. My room was supposed to be cleaned on Tuesday, no one knocked, no one told me about it, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and I was told to write a note and leave it there tomorrow morning by the staff on shift. My main issue is with the lobby staff. Firstly, though you can contact them through phone, don't. I called them once for a question with the stovetop. They said someone would be sent over. No one was. I had to get my room key because I was locked out and waited an hour in the lobby, while the receptionist answered the phone and helped three other people. I respect that he was busy, though, and I also respect other people were being rude to him, so I don't blame him as much as the person who had casual conversation with a person staying while I was waiting for a good thirty minutes. I do recognize i could have gone to the desk to ask my question and cut her off. I'm generally a person who struggles with being assertive. That's not her fault. What is her fault is that she saw me there, waiting, while she was talking to the person there. Then when i asked for my two things (a muffin which is the breakfast and tape for a repair) she said she had no tape and gave me the muffin. Just seconds before writing this, I got tape that was sitting at the front desk right in front of the computer. I feel incredibly disrespected to be ignored, time and time again. I didn't want someone sent over at all, it did not require that, but if you tell me you are going to send someone then send someone. The literal only good things i can say are that my room was not dirty upon entering, and it is in a good area. I would go to the rancho cordova location instead. It's much better and has similar stores surrounding it. It's also nearby. Just don't go here.
