I was referred to this dentist for a root canal and received a very large unexpected bill in the mail. The rude and unprofessional front desk associate failed to tell me that this specific dentist was not within my network, whereas the other dentist in office was. After I got the large bill and called to get more information as to why I was not informed, all she did was tell me there was nothing she could do. She had a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. I will never be returning to this office and will never recommend anyone ever come here.

Procedure was well planned and executed. No pain. Clear instructions for post recovery. Dr Hankins has a caring and professional style and staff were helpful. Highly recommend.

I love this office just had my second root canal done here recently. They are the most compassionate people,  Dr. Hankins is the best there is. I won't go anywhere else for a root canal.

Completely pain free procedure, kind and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
