      • The one called Vino

        My brother was needing help because he was at a loss and kept getting the run around with EDD. There was a staff member named Margarita who went above and beyond to help. She dug deep into his file history and found so many discrepancies, she took on the responsibility to correct all the neglect and disregard for his case. Needless to say, she nearly had my brother in tears by repairing his file and getting the funds due to him from working thru the plandemic, so he can get back on his feet. If every Employee took that kind of Compassion, Organization and Tenacity... The organization as a whole, could probably solve California's workforce problems.
