Evelyn did an amazing job at placing me for a Web Development role at company that was a great cultural fit! I had recently moved back to the area after finishing contract work in Silicon Valley when I connected with her. Having moved back to the area recently, I wasn't sure how many tech opportunities were available.However, Evelyn got me plugged in immediately with the local Sacramento tech scene and companies she suggested would be a great cultural fit. She was a great advocate for me and always helpful in answering my questions, as well as giving great interview preparation tips. Through a mutual friend, Barbara Houston sought me out for a position with a company Avanti Recruitment Solutions had a relationship with. The job was not even open yet but Barbara had heard what kind of role I was looking for and kept me up to date on what the company and the type of job was like. Who goes that extra mile anymore? When the job req did open up both Barbara and Kami Dowling walked me through the process of submitting my resume, making sure I had access to company information and organized the interview process, including tips on the interview process.
