Had a good time working there but things went down road ever since I move to production I was taught by nothing but old workers coming to work with anger issues problems everyday I showed up to work with a positive attitude never angry it just wasnt right for me to be taught by people with anger issues.

don't bother trying to work here, they don't do direct hiring, it's all job agency, you've got Zero rights once your on board, their supervisor Dan is sideways, stay away from this company.

Some incredible people work there. The pressures put on managers to run the business a certain way forces their hands into some things that are distasteful. Hiring me at 19 an hour with experienced techs teaching me things making 16.5 or 17. Below inflation raises for even the hardest workers. While I was there they were bought out by a company. They removed profit sharing, and bonuses. Their health care plan is worse than before. Their 401k matching is worse than before and not good in general. They hire most people as temps. They cycle a lot so I suppose you'll meet a lot of people here. There's not many places to "move up" to in the company. Most of the jobs here are similar in difficulty and the pay isn't crazy different either. Many people there could be making more at In N Out right away. Within 6 months of working at in n out they would likely make similar to a tech and have better benefits/401k. If every one of my co workers had worked at In N Out they would have had higher pay raises in the same time period. The work is basically fast food work but shipping and receiving/testing units instead of making food. Most of the managers/admins are actually good people and care, but work under an insufferable VP that is faker than plastic fruit. he truly doesn't care about the workers and people notice it, but they keep their heads down. I'm writing this In hopes you request more money at the start and have an exit plan, or choose to get a job for a company that cares more about their workers.
