While the procedures themselves have been excellent, the fact that all the prescriptions I was told to start taking an hour after surgery were not sent to the pharmacy is not excellent. I asked about this 2 weeks beforehand, 1 week beforehand and again the day of the procedure. They were still not sent in until I called in to the on-call doctor the sfternoon of the surgery. I was asked several times if I had filled the prescriptions and I told each person I had not and asked when they would be sent. Today, they said. I asked why they weren't sent beforehand and they said the doctor wasn't in the day before. It appears that whether the doctor is in or not makes no difference as nothing was sent.

Capitol Oral Surgery is terrible. The staff, specifically Renee is a liar and profoundly rude. Further, Dr. Phelps is apparently unable to maintain a staff with the personal required to assist with the services he ostensibly provides, forcing patients to have their appointments constantly postponed and cancelled.Avoid Capitol Oral Surgery like the plague.

Very poor customer service: do not care about patient's time or patient's work schedule. They did cancel twice surgery night before, and even payment was calculated incorrectly, had to pay more. find another office if you have a chance. They do schedule that only benefits themself.
