Terrible service, they make you wait up to three and a half hours just for cleaning and the customer service at the reception is not the best but they are punctual when charging.

Unethical Pressure Tactics and Discrimination at Western Dental in Elkhorn Blvd Sacramento Our appointment at turned into a nightmare due to prolonged wait times and pressure tactics aimed at upselling services. Despite arriving on time, we endured a three-hour wait, with staff seeming indifferent to our time and needs. To be clear, I understood what they were suggesting and it was pretty good, we just do not have the money for it nor get into a financing commitment. So they called in my nephew probably for that last slot of the day as at this was already 6pm.( yes we showed up for our appointment at 3 pm) I saw some staff already leaving for the day while we still wait to be serviced. The situation escalated when we declined additional expenses. Suddenly, we were treated with hostility and disdain, as if our refusal to spend more money made us unworthy of timely care. It's clear that profit was prioritized over patient well-being, evident in our prolonged wait and disrespectful treatment. This experience was a disgrace, and I urge others to reconsider seeking care at Western Dental until they prioritize ethical conduct and patient care over profit.

Showed up for my 10 am appointment for a cleaning today (confirmed by email) and the office was closed with no notice. No one decided to show up to work today. No office staff, no hygienists, no dentists. The lights were off and the door was locked. even though it is WELL within their regularly scheduled business hours. All the other patients were waiting outside in the cold and rain trying to get ahold of someone. I called the office number to see if someone would answer and of course they didn't so it transferred me to the regular customer service line. The individual named Darrell kept telling me not to worry because my appointment was for the 25th, again I had an email confirming today. But again, the reason I am calling is because this ghetto low life establishment it ran just like that. All the employees just didn't show up. He REFUSED to address that part. He then stated that the office would be open from 9:15 am to 10:30 am.... Which I showed up at 9:55 am and no one was there. Horrible establishment, horrible customer service, ghetto, trash.
