Called the office and said I was assigned there. The receptionist told me she wouldnt be able to help me until I was active in the system even though my insurance provider told me they sent my information over. I said okay and waited until I was active and after waiting a few days I called and she told me they didnt have an opening for 2 months for a simple exam and cleaning. Then she suggested I go somewhere else. I said you bet. New patients, I wouldnt recommend this office. Rude receptionist that encourages people to leave.
