GoodSpace came highly recommended. They followed up with us immediately after our first email. We filled in an extensive worksheet and met with the team in their offices for over an hour. After sending them plans, the team ghosted us and didnt respond. The same thing happened to another friend. Their offices are beautiful and they were very friendly, but the lack of follow up is frustrating and unprofessional.

A great team is key to creating a well-designed space. I can honestly say that Andrew, Kevin, Riky, and the rest of the crew at GoodSpace are by far one of the best teams of contractors I have worked with as an interior designer. The Andrew Turner construction team really made me think differently about service contractors. They did an amazing job with all my needs at my commercial use facility. When I first brought Andrew and Pat in to look over what was needed at my warehouse, they handled everything professionally and promptly. Unfortunately, when you run a warehousing business, you don't have time to negotiate much, it's more about keeping your business and production moving forward. Andrew's team was very flexible working around our hours of operations, even coming out in the middle of the night to get work done. The best part was that they did a better job with my electrical work then our previous electrician, and I didn't feel as if I was destroying my budget to get my electrical work done, let alone all the other work they did for me. Besides the electrical work, they also handled my insulation needs in our warehouse ceiling, the plumbing work for our bathrooms, flooring work, plus fixed some of our ADA issues that truly needed to get up to code. They also fixed and installed new bollards on my dock which was a nice surprise. When you need a professional and a truly knowledgeable crew to help you with your commercial, or warehousing jobs, I recommend calling Andrew's company for your needs.
