Only because I have to put a star but if there was an option I will not put not even 1 star. This attorney is not recommended he did so many mistakes that my husband is still in prison due to his mistakes, attorner never in time to courts he does not keep any sort of communication with his client. He does not help the client he actually helps the DA put a client in prison for something so simple to fix. Instead of giving rehabilitation options instead of prison. He does not care my husband was supposed to be home but because of the mistake this attorney did cdcr said the attorney did something wrong in the paperwork no wonder he dis not want to give my husband the paper work Minute order he was requesting he is rude thinks he is the best but is not. Go somewhere else pay alittle more but get better results than what we got. Zero stars from us. I have read your post but does not give me an option to reply after how many attempts you started to answer after court was done and over with. But while he was at the branch you never went to see him for any updates or gave him a chance. Cdcr kept him longer than what it was supposed to be they showed him the paper of how you counted his time they said you had messed up. Whats done is done cant go back to fix it. Is just not ok how you do not pay attention to the case closely you were just in and out and just did not care like when i had to speak to you at court you knew i was there you tried to speak to me until I had to yell your name to speak to me. Minute orders were supposed to given from you to him not us have to dig everything out.

Mr. Scarfe was the best! First off He won my D.M.V. hearing, I was allowed to keep my license, and continue driving. He then went and handled my d.u.i. case in criminal court the best it could be handled. He talked to the D.A. and had my terms and conditions reduced down to a 1/4 of what the D.A. was first offering. Hiring him has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! Mr. Scarfe offers the best attorney services for d.u.i. cases and was by far the best priced. The truth is I've paid double for other attorneys and they didn't even come close to doing the job he has done. If you're thinking about going with another d.u.i. attorney, DON'T. I was in court after being left at the alter by my original attorney. I already paid him a retainer, however he explained an unfortunate tragedy and could not travel. I was caught in a situation where I needed counsel. I needed someone who could explain my situation to the DA and get my case dismissed. I didnt want to miss work, and I wanted this tragic legal inconvenience handled. As I sat patiently and waited to speak to the judge and explain why my prior attorney missed my court date I noticed one particular lawyer extremely active in his integration with the entire courtroom and procedures. At that time I did not approach the gentleman. I waited to be called, immediately explained my situation, and requested time to seek new counsel. Request granted. I walked out. That was the absolute last time I saw the inside of the courtroom. Attorney Scarfe completely alleviated the entire process. I truly appreciate the research and diligence Mr. Scarfe provided to resolve my legal issue in that crucial time of need.
