Came here to refinance a vehicle I just got. Loan officers told me everything was fine and ran my information. Well come to find out they need the vehicle registration that the DMV Hasn't sent. So 30 days later my loan is no longer good and will have to re run my credit again once the paperwork comes from the DMV. I would think the person who is qualified to do loans would know this and notify me like hey "Wait until you get the paperwork."but instead they ran my credit had me thinking everything was okay. I brought in all paperwork I got from dealership and was told this was fine but really was not. Called like review response said and basically was told nothing they can do.

Was looking to open up a high interest certificate account. I went to multiple credit unions and the reason I picked this place was for the outstanding customer service. They answered all my questions, explained things clearly, were very efficient and fast but never made me feel rushed. Always a good experience
