        20 windows for customer service and 19 closed one open and the wait is long,the process is slow as a turtle,filing a claim takes forever, victimizing people that are going through hardship and hard times, Sacramento county employees and politicians taking advantage and Not serving the People that put them there.

        Small claims is an intensive process, deadlines, documents, evidence all via email. All this to have it postponed. Zoom is a joke, they put me in the mediation room with the plantif to stair at him for 5 minutes before someone joined. Then they put you in the waiting room again to wait for another 20 minutes to get the case going.
