This organization manages a business park near my house. Ive called them multiple times because they have landscapers come Saturdays midday and create crippling amounts of noise, blow trash into nearby yards/streets, and make the area smell of exhaust for 2.5-3 hours. Multiple property management employees have conceded that their tenants would never allow this, so they force the neighbors to deal with it on Saturdays. Ive attempted to work out compromises with them, and theyll promise to call back and never do.
If you want upset neighbors, this is your property management company.
