I believe this is the parent company in charge of Siena Apartments in Roseville on Hayden Prkwy I was driving home and witnessed an female driving a family towards these apartments. They were driving a white Ford with broken side mirrors on each side. On several occasions they tossed food and trash from their car. The individual appeared to live there and I asked her to pick up her trash to which she said "I don't have a broom and don't worry about it". I called the manager Ana and advised her of the situation. Ana responded in an unprofessional tone, that I need to contact the police and 'we can't prove they live there'. I advised that kids were going into an apartment, but it seemed that she did not want to bother with even checking into the matter. I asked a few tenants who also live in the apartments and they mentioned I should check with Margaret because Ana was not really too effective, so I plan on taking this up with them. In the meantime, I guess we will have to deal with individuals associated with these apartments doing whatever they please with our neighborhood, due to ineffective management.

This company is untrustworthy and shady. My dad passed away at one of their properties and it's been a nightmare since. I had to call 100 times for them to refund my deposit and when they finally did the check bounced and I had to pay my bank because of that. Its impossible to reach anyone because all the published numbers are incorrect. My Father passing away was devastating enough and somehow these people have made it more painful. there's no words to describe how i wouldn't even send my worst enemy to deal with this company. Please beware!
