Back in May of this year, I hired Amerisun to add 10 Solar panels to my existing solar system. The installation of the Panels and Battery completed in May, 2023. However, the main electrical panel should have been upgraded by now and the system turned on. So far, no response from the company and I have NO idea when this project will ever be completed. Very frustrating! Back in August when I managed to reach the office by phone, I was told that they were waiting for PG&E to respond. I contacted PG&E and they say they're not the ones holding up the project and I should contact Amerisun. Well, good luck trying to get someone from the office to return your calls. What a mess!!

Amerisun USA did a wonderful job on my ground mount,couldnt be happier!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
