My house had some issues by the sliding glass door from a leak and the whole framing around it needed to be replaced due to dry rot. The quote was more than expected, but a lot less than what others tried to charge me. What really set him apart was actually showing up to my property, shaking my hand, and being honest. Work turned out great and he taught me how to prevent it in the future.

Started to notice some dry rot issues after this recent storm exposed some damage. Called to get a quote and they repaired/replaced all the dry rot wood and spotted the root of the issue and fixed that too
