Roger Kolb, the owner of Probuilt Construction bid on a job for repairs due to water damage in my house. He submitted the bid to the insurance company which was approved and agreed to do the job. I called Roger 4 times and sent him a text and he never returned my calls. I have no idea what happened. I was genuinely concerned that maybe he became ill and couldnt take my calls. Roger Kolb may not honor his commitment to do a job and if that is the case you most likely will not be able to reach him. He will not return your call. I really dont like leaving a negative review but in all honesty, Roger deserves it.

Probilt and their team just finished up a remodel after I experienced water damage due to a leak .Everything looks amazing and even though my expectations were high Probilt managed to exceed them. From our initial meeting and through this whole process they were always on top of things and quickly responsive to any of my questions, concerns, or needs. Their team was exceptional and were a pleasure to work with and ALWAYS kept me up to date and informed with the whole process. They followed their quotation to the tee Quality is never an accident.
