We have been with MME for as long as I can remember and I have worked with Holt Orthodontics for 22 years. Tony, David, Cameron, and all the other techs we have ever needed, have been the best! They have a quick response and can fix anything "we" mess up! Lets just say I'm not a techy person, lol. I would highly recommend MME for all your IT needs.

On behalf of Wardlaw Orthodontics I can not say enough wonderful things about MME, Matt H or the rest of their staff. They have serviced and maintained our systems for almost 20 years and are as much part of our "work family" as in house staff members. Everything is kept up to date, running, problems solved efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes a special strength of character to get a job done efficiently, gracefully and respectfully within the absolute hurricane of chaos that is (literally) rebuilding an orthodontic office in the Caribbean. Steve and Justin have it in spades. My dad, an orthodontist in Jamaica, recently moved his practice into a new office. Steve and Justin flew in to disassemble and reinstall the systems. They maintained steady, grounded, optimistic attitudes throughout the 2-week process. They rolled with the punches and laughed off the culture shock and mistranslations that come with working alongside Jamaican workmen. They braved the roads of Kingston and beyond. They diplomatically navigated matchmaking offers from electricians. At the end of the day, all I did was pick up lunch and bring coffee and pastries for morale. I'm not a dental professional, nor do I officially work in this office, but I've spent time with many people who have come to work alongside my dad. None have quite the same level of humility and integrity that this Canadian and Californian pair possess. I feel safe and relieved that my dad's practice is being supported by Steve and Justin at MME. I'll be glad to see them again; they've become our friends. Highly recommend MME if you want your family to feel like you're in good hands.

Tony and his team are amazing! They are always so helpful and they are our go to for any tech issues that need to be resolved in a timely matter. If you're looking for a company to help with any IT needs this is definitely who you should bring in!
