Misrepresents herself and her ability to render care. She said she had done 30 to 40 surgeries like mine. After my first surgery failed, her story changed. She had actually done none, only assisting on two similar surgeries. She even tried to quote my own surgery to me in her numbers! My redo surgery didnt go any better because she came up with a truly stupid idea that she tried without my permission. Yeah, that surgery failed too. Her students do her hospital rounds for the most part, so can't really comment on her "bedside manner". I can, however, comment on bad surgical decisions...since I'm suffering the consequences of such. Oh, but she could be in my hospital room and pressure me to give permission for her to use my case in a paper to try to get grant money for UC Davis. After two failed surgeries with Dr. David, and a serious infection from the absolute filthy UC Davis hospital, I am seeking treatment elsewhere. Check this hospitals ratings for yourself, then make your decision on where to get care.

She is amazing! A great patient advocate and looks out for their best interest. She is down to earth and gets to the point. No nonsense but level headed and great bedside manner.
