Red flag contacted them to see about negotiating a price on a 23 year old car, they had listed way over market value, I wanted to pay cash for. Said the price was firm and no negotiation. Yea thats a no from me, thanks.

Great experience from the start. We were late arriving to look at the car and despite another party getting there first and wanting to buy it they held on for us and gave us first choice. Then after we identified some issues to be resolved when we got home there was no pushback or challenge that they would fix them and they were true to their word and processed the work at no cost to us. Great to deal with business people who were straight and true to their word.

Definitely something off with this place. Sold me a truck with the brakes down to the rotors. Didn't clean the vehicle thoroughly. The visor was ripped and I was told id get a new one in the mail. Never came. Hoping that's the worst of it. They seem shady and I should of tried to get out of my deposit to hold the vehicle. The day I went they happened to be getting served a search warrant by Sac sheriff's. If I did it all over again I'd stay away from these guys. ** updated scum bag alert** Sold me the truck for top dollar and a month in I have already had to pay $1,500 dollars in repairs. Not honest people. Don't trust them. ** more on the scum bags that run this place now over $2,000 in repairs ** DON'T PUT YOUR TRUST OR MONEY IN THE HANDS OF THESE CROOKS!

I searched all over Northern CA in search for the best priced and lowest miles before deciding to purchase my F-150 from Central Auto! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and guided me through the process to make sure I was getting the best deal. This truck is my daily driver, it runs strong for me everyday!
