Volvo Construction Equipment & Services

This was supposed to be a review from few years ago when i had my volvo excavator, one of the reason why i sold it. A man once told me go with a brand that will give you good service. Surely it was volvo. Idk what it is but I felt I was asian so they didn't want to give me no service. I had to go to the one in Hayward to get parts. I had called multiple times for the part I needed for my excavator, they always give me the run around about calling me back and emailing me about it. Never did. Wish I had remembered the guys name. Bobcat, takeuchi, and cat super great service. volvo, there's like 2 guys that work there at the parts if you been there for more than 2 years. It's both of yall need to work on customer service. Yesterday 12/21/21 one of your white construction trucks had boxes fly out of the back of the truck and damage my vehicle. I contacted your local office and received a callback from I think brandon saying he drove the 99 and found no boxes (I think they recovered them) and was adament that I had no proof that this happened and they wouldn't replace my driver's side mirror. This was the most unprofessional call I have ever received. I am not a liar! you guys damaged my car Edit his name was Sean not Brandon Also corporate has reached out and agreed to fix my car
