I had my eyebrows and lashes done here because of the reviews. I'm sure that the person that did my eyebrows and lashes was not the person that everyone is raving about.. First of all I would like to say that my brows were not done correctly. I complained once politely and was told that my eyebrow hair grew a certain way and that's why she couldn't fix the problem. I accepted that explanation. This was the first time that I was ever told such a thing. When my lashes were done, on one of my eyes the lash was not placed properly so I brought that to her attention. She told me that it has something to do with my natural lashes. I've never been told such but I accepted it. Here's my real problem My lashes did not last a night. When I got up this morning my lashes had lifted up and was totally out of place. I'm upset because although my lashes did not look professional at all, not even better than some home jobs I kept a good spirit and gave a 2$ tip. I will not even get a chance to wear any lashes to the event. I wish that I could just glue them back on myself but I'm not talented in that way. What a waste of time and money.

First off I want to say its my mom first time going here an she only went because they had 5 stars Why I dont know but the service she received here was terrible she got her lashes an eyebrows done eyesbrows wasnt shaped right lady gave excuses like blaming her shape of eyebrows anywhere else she went they never said that not only that her lashes wasnt even put on securely an she bought that to the lady attention but it was kinda brushed off anyway make a long story short my mom woke up with no lashes they came off I think it got to be new owner or new person that works there Im look at the reviews this cant be the same person

Mandeep did a wonderful job of doing my brows and thoroughly explained the process to me. I'm thrilled with the results and have recommended her to several family members and friends.
