Spectrum One

Okay so! I'm planning a garage conversion and Spectrum sends out Kylie. What a delightful professional breath of fresh air. I spent 20 + years in the Interior Design Industry (retired now) so had a good idea of what I wanted. Kylie understood what I wanted where I was going she asked the right questions gave great suggestions. I truly hope that all the ducks line up and I'm able to work with her and Spectrum on this project.

In December 2019, our kitchen was flooded due to a water leak from the kitchen faucet. After dealing with several contractors who were not committed to helping us, we finally found Spectum 1. From the start, their customer service was excellent. The representative, Kylie, came out, evaluated the damage and worked with us and our insurance company to get our kitchen back in order. She was very attentive to our requests and needs and helped us get through the frustration of rebuilding our kitchen at a cost within the monetary restraints put on by the insurance company. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled by Spectrum One. The quote was well defined, and the work was done as scheduled. Communication was great. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional and personable. Great combination. I would certainly recommend them to everyone.
