Great experience with oil change, tire rotation, and brake pads replaced. Front desk woman was so kind and helpful and the service was extremely quick. They were able to get me in the same day. Highly recommend!

I went there for an oil change..she said cost is $75...I told her I was there 3 months ago..you charged me $60...she got uneasy saying well it went up..I said $15 in 3 months..looking for a way out she said..well we buy better oil..I smelled dishonesty..I am not going back..cause good honest work comes after honest words..too many good other people to choose from..

Was told technician was on his way in, so "bring your car in and we'll get her taken care of". Pulled up, car bays all completely empty. 6hrs later (15min before they closed) had to call them just to be informed car wouldn't be looked at til around 10am the next day. Mind you, I told them this is my family's primary car for work, school, drop offs, etc. Felt misunderstood and sensed a lack of professionalism within this experience. Won't be going back
