My truck was broken into. Carstar is a preferred body shop. They did as requested to remove the door lock cylinder and put their blank cover in which was awesome, however they left the rod to the cylinder in the door. Which fell into a hole in the door panel. So I couldn't unlock my door. Took it back to them they said it was a bad clinoid had my mechanic get a new one only for them to find the problem that carstar claimed wasn't their fault. My ignition was also ripped out. They had a locksmith replace the cylinder a month goes by my key gets stuck in the ignition.they send the locksmith out he replaced the cylinder saying my old key was causing it to grind on the column shifter. Now my key is stuck again and now they told me to take it up with my insurance company when I suggested that perhaps there was more damage than they realized. Friendly service but poor work craftsmanship and overall lack of concern about it in my opinion. Service: Body & Trim
