image I got hit by a small company that is refusing to take responsibility for hitting me so I had to go through my insurance while they go to arbitration. This location was listed through Allstate. Everyone was really nice and flexible, and my car was fixed in 2 weeks. It is really great that theyre open on Saturdays since my job doesnt really allow for me to take off during the weekdays and it was hard to find any body shop that was open on weekends. Having the agreement to pick up a drop off with Enterprise was also great. They kept me posted throughout. Thank you for all your help during such an awful event.

image Took my Hyundai here after it was damaged during an attempted car theft. Took about a month to get the work completed due to parts being back ordered. They texted me with weekly updates, yet when I called and spoke to two different ppl I was provided with conflicting information. I spoke with the receptionist one day and she said they received all the parts that afternoon and would contact me the next day to see where they stand. I didnt hear anything so i gave a call back and spoke to Jacob who said they were waiting on some bolts to come in and for a vendor to come out and complete some work. Very vague and im convinced this was just something to say to get me off the phone quickly.
When i got my car back i drove off and realized the window was not tinted as i discussed with the two men while we did a walk around my vehicle. They said a vendor would come out or they would send it to be tinted. They failed to do so, yet they did arrange and pay for me to take it to be tinted. I just really dont appreciate using my time and gas to get something done that I was ensured would have been completed during the weeks my car sat waiting for parts. Service: Electrical
