Don't look further, Ernest Chen is sacramento county's secret gem, he's amazing, caring, precise, smart and very savvy, he knows the ins and outs on how to protect landlords and tenants, and he advised us on how to best proceed on any evictions if necessary. I'm never going to use anyone else but Ernest, worth every single penny!! He truly cares and is very calm and charismatic to be able to navigate thru any situations. A friend referred this office to me, as I was looking for some basic information regarding a possible family law case. I was very impressed with the response from Mr. Chen himself. He was very detailed with his information. He also gave me some ideas and some things to expect if the case moves forward. With my short interaction with this office I can see why they're so highly rated. I was left with the impression that they are more than willing to fight in court for you and not just roll over.

Last review was deleted so let me go into more detail. I called the office wanting to get some advice or a consultation so I can make an informed decision on hiring a real estate attorney for an eviction. When the receptionist answered she told me that for a consultation it was $150 an hour....for a phone consultation!!!! Most attorneys were quoting me that or less for actual services rendered. Needless to say based on that response they didn't have the time to help me in my case. A tip I would offer is to not ask for a consultation, just go there and pay the $150 for hiring them blindly.UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review I had either a past customer or someone associated with this law firm send me private messages on Yelp saying I was lieing and the owner was going to sue me for defamation.
