The old washer was removed and washer from another unit was put in. The guys were very nice and respectful but they left the city towels in the bathroom. The walls and doors are scraped up. And the worst part is that they didn't test the connection. The washer is not functioning.

This place is just ok. The maintenance team is kind and attentive. in the four years I lived there, the front office has ran through about 4 or 5 different employees, and 2 different companies . Police get called constantly which leads to the front gate being open 24/7, allowing random ppl and bums to get in and walk around the complex. The pool is a standard pool, the jacuzzi/spa has never worked. The office controls and fines you depending on what you have on your balcony. When I moved in, rent was about 900, and now the same apartment is around 1.5k. You have to pay for reserved parking spots ($26 a month, and only 1 reserved spot per unit) and people still park in your spot. The tow truck takes 3-4 hours to pick them up. There isnt enough visitor parking either, good luck finding a spot after 6pm. Half of them are being taken up by abandoned vehicles. Floods all over the complex when it rains. Stray cats living and fighting in the parking lot. Near the end of my time living here too, a family across the way moved in and would be screaming, yelling, fighting 24/7, police would get called daily, and the office did nothing. I asume they still live there. Also its been about a month since moving out, and Ive still yet to receive my security deposit back. Other reviews say the same thing. I wouldnt really waste your time w this place.
